In January 2023 we talked about a story that was the fruit of our constant commitment to research to do better and to meet new challenges on the separation of materials. We told you how we had arrived at finding a definitive solution to separate sand and rubber as a result of the recycling and recovery of synthetic sports fields.
It was an adventure that saw us engaged for many weeks in numerous tests, initially to understand how to do it, secondly to understand how to readjust all our standards to dimensions suitable for mobile systems that could be itinerant and quickly ready to work, therefore thinking from a plug-in perspective that is completely different from what our initial idea was.
We have finally designed specialized machines just for this use, we have improved many technical aspects that were suggested to us day after day by those who used our separators.
In the meantime, we have carried out further tests to evolve, improving yield and productivity and we will probably continue to add pieces to increasingly optimize this type of machine.
We started with our DM100 that we use for testing in our factory in the center of the Po Valley and from there, plant after plant, we arrived on the other side of the world, bringing our separators first to Norway in 2020, then to America in 2021 and subsequently in Australia in 2022 and now in 2024 we return to America with a new 10 Ton/h plant and six DM100 separators.
All this makes us more and more proud of our work every day and of the fact that a small Italian company can take its technology around the world feeling appreciated for what it does and always trying to do better.
